Meet The Team
Patrick Simon - President
Growing up on a dairy farm in Iowa with a family of entrepreneurs, I always had a passion to start a business, so in 2007, SYMN Industries was born. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and golf (terribly).
Franziska Simon - National Accounts
Franzi has been helping out at Paint SCENTsations since 2012, and joined the company full time in January 2018 as the National Account Manager. Besides running and spending time with her husband and daughters, she is a very passionate cook, especially when it comes to vegan recipes.
Michael Simon - Vice President
Michael has been working with SYMN Industries since the beginning in 2007. With a love for the outdoors, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with his wife, daughters, family, and friends.
Tammy Hamilton - Office Manager
Tammy joined Paint SCENTsations in 2015 as the Office Administrator. She and her husband enjoy pool time with their children and grandchildren. Tammy and Rick also love to spend time “Up North” 4-wheeling and walking in the woods
Anthony Iverson - COO
Anthony has been a part of the SYMN Industries team since 2014. He is a self-motivated individual who drives results. He also works with non-profits, connecting local businesses and giving back to the community.
